Which AI tools do you work with?

Any of them: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Ideogram, Canva's AI, Adobe Firefly and others. If you can download the image, we can rebuild it.

My AI image has misspelled or garbled words. Can you fix that?

Yes. We retype every line of text in a matching font, so the lettering is sharp and spelled correctly. Put the right wording in the notes.

How long does it take?

Your proof arrives within 24 hours of payment. Once you approve it, we deliver the final files the same day.

How do I pay?

You don't pay when you upload. We check your file, confirm the price and email you an invoice in US dollars. Work starts once it's paid.

What files do I get?

Logos come back as editable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG and PDF) plus transparent PNGs. Print pieces come with a press-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed and crop marks), the editable layered file and a PNG preview.

Will it look exactly like my AI image?

As close as print allows. Some bright screen colours can't be reproduced in CMYK ink, so we match them to the nearest printable colour and show you on the proof.

What if I don't like the proof?

Reply with your changes. One round of changes is included; extra rounds are $10 each.

Do you print the files too?

No, and that keeps it cheap. You get files any print shop accepts, so you can use your local printer or an online one.

Who owns the final files?

You do. The files are yours to edit, reuse and print as often as you like.

My file is bigger than 8 MB. What now?

The upload form shrinks large images automatically while keeping their full detail. For big PDFs or layered files, email them to us or send a WeTransfer link.

Can I get a refund?

If we can't produce a usable print file from your image, we refund you in full. Once you've approved a proof, the order is final.
